Cancellation – Return Policy.

1. Cancellation

 It is not possible to cancel orders that have been submitted through the website, after their finalization. Otherwise, contact us at 210 8150124.

2.Defective Products

In case of a defective product, you may contact the Company in order to have the product replaced. Our Company shall replace the product if law requirements comply with the Company’s Return Policy. In case of Product Return, if you ask for its replacement, you shall receive a discount coupon code of an equal value in order to use it to purchase other product(s) or simply replace the returned product.

3 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the next day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the courier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer shall notify DOSHA O.E. located  in Dionisos, Attica (131 Dionisou Street., P.C. 14576) (tel.: 210 8150124, e-mail: info@spaceylo.gr) of their decision to withdraw from the Contract.

The right of withdrawal, as provided for in Greek Law Articles 3e to 3ia L. 2251/1994, shall not apply for: a) the provision of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly b) the provision of sealed goods which are not suitable in case of return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery; c) the provision of custom-made goods; and d) the provision of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Items must be returned in their original condition along with their relevant documents (receipt – invoice).

Credit/debit card transactions cancellations are refunded within 14 calendar days.

Important notice: Before taking any action, you are kindly requested to contact us by phone or e-mail) so as to guide you on the steps to be taken depending on your case.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding  the direct cost of returning the products, namely in case of return by a courier company, the transport costs which shall be borne by the users. The reimbursement will be fulfilled  without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement, unless you select a different refund method (other than the one used in the first transaction). In this case, the cost shall be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. “We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.” You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (the handling and examination of the goods shall be made in a way that allows customers to examine them as if they were in an actual store).

In particular for refunding: Especially, in the event you pay cash on delivery at your home or in any event refund is not possible because of the way of payment you used in the original transaction, any refund of money in case of withdrawal shall be made – upon mutual agreement – by deposit to your bank account.

Please note that open products are not eligible for return.

5. Product Return Process

Return Process: Firstly, you need to place the product(s) in their original packaging, along with a copy of the completed withdrawal form (PDF), which was attached to the order’s confirmation e-mail.

You are then kindly requested to send it to the Returns Department via its original carrier.
For a product return due to withdrawal, you should call any courier of your choice and send us the parcel to the address below at your expense:
