Methods of payment

1.Credit card payment

DOSHA O.E. accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express debit, credit and prepaid cards, as well as Viva Wallet cards. Your transactions at our e-shop are made through Viva Wallet’s online payment service.
For credit card purchases, you should follow the instructions mentioned in the e-shop. In the order form you will need to fill in your credit card number and expiration date. The credit card will be charged after preliminary inspection and certification of data and validity. You are the only responsible for the true and accurate recording your credit card data. The buyer must also be the holder of the card used in the transaction. The same applies if you order for a company. In this case, the card should be a corporate one and the name of the recipient should be written on the card.

2. Payment upon delivery of the order to your place (Cash on Delivery Service).

You will have to pay the courier officer who will deliver the order to your place, acting on DOSHA’s O.E. behalf. There will be an extra charge of 1,60 Euros.

3. Payment by bank deposit

You could either choose to pay your order through a bank account.

Pay by transferring the total order value to the following bank account

In order to proceed with your order, you should email us the scanned document or electronic bank receipt at:  info@spaceylon.gr

Your order will be shipped, as soon as we receive the copy of the bank transfer payment.

Important Notes:

1. The collection and processing of the payment details you send shall fall within the strict privacy policy governing your transactions. For more on the privacy policy and the protection of your personal data, please refer to the section entitled “Company policy on Personal data” of these terms. For card payments, in cooperation with the cooperating financial and non-financial organizations and points of sale, all necessary security measures shall be taken to ensure the maximum possible protection in your electronic transactions and to ensure your payments shall be exclusively carried out in a banking environment.
2. In any case, the shipment time of orders shall depend on factors which are outside the control of “DOSHA O.E.”, such as any force majeure events or delays attributable to the courier companies cooperating with the points of sale or “DOSHA O.E.”.
